 Job Description:

• Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
• Develop and implement quality management strategies and initiatives to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Establish quality standards and procedures in compliance with industry regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
• Conduct audits and inspections to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyse quality data and metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Train and develop quality assurance staff on quality principles, processes, and tools.
• Conduct regular internal audits as per ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
